The gym has many eligible coaches to help you attain your goals whether you need to lose weight, achieve bodybuilding, or for your general health.

Training time in the gym: Every day from 10 am to 10 pm

Ladies only time in the gym: Saturdays- Mondays- Wednesdays from 5 pm to 7 pm Sundays-Tuesdays – Thursdays- Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm

Age: Training starts at 14 years

Registration fees: L.E 50 per month or L.E 5 per session

Aerobics  Ladies only

Training time: Every day except Fridays
